I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bougainvillea and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the outstanding customer service. The were friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. We, a family of 5 stayed at this property for 2 nights in July 2024. Our stay at Mathew's Bougainvillea Suites was absolutely incredible! The apartment was even more beautiful in person with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and unique decor. The location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants. Mr Mathew is an exceptional host and his team is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing the best possible facilities to us (our driver was provided with a bedding at a very short notice). The entire place was spotless. Shravan and Bahadur need a special mention. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Bengaluru and intend to stay near Manyata Tech Park or Banaswadi. Will keep reserving this property often for friends and family who would be visiting us from other cities, in the future. Hi Mathew, this baby of yours is ought to thrive...!!
I recently stayed at Bougainvillea Suites in Bengaluru and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely cooperative and supportive, and the location is conveniently close to the city. The rooms were neat and clean, and the hospitality from the receptionist was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Bengaluru.
The apartment we stayed exactly looked like as in the photos. Very hygenic, clean and also nice ambience inside. Hot water was available.You have got an oven, glasses, plates, spoons, drinking water at a small kitchen space inside the apartment.2 rooms inside an apartment. Spacious common living area (table, chairs, sofa etc.) with balcony for both the rooms.Mr. mathew and his team treated us well.3 car parking slots they have got. You may park outside of the property as well (without disturbing near by residents).Middle of a town. Surrounded with so many dine in options too.

It felt so cozy and comfortable that it instantly felt like a home away from home. A special mention goes to Shravan, the guest relations representative, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive to all our requests, making our experience even more seamless. The housekeeping team was also fantastic—swift, efficient, and always helpful. They kept the place spotless throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
